The role of an Imagifier is deeply revered within the Orders Militant of the Sororitas. These dedicated Sisters are entrusted with the sacred duty of praising the virtues of fallen Sororitas and proclaiming their heroic deeds amidst the chaos of battle, allowing the spirit of martyrs to dwell within the warriors of the Order. At the heart of an Imagifier’s presence is a stanchion, adorned with a meticulously carved image of a revered martyr. As this sacred image is held high, it becomes a focal point of faith for the Sisters of Battle, radiating a beacon of unwavering devotion and inspiring nearby Sisters to reach unparalleled levels of ferocity and resilience in the Emperor’s service.

This kit offers the opportunity to construct a singular Imagifier, bearing a stanchion that proudly showcases the image of a fallen saint, wielding both a chalice and a sword. In assembling the model, you have the choice of two head options – one featuring an unhelmeted Imagifier with a low-hanging hood that partially obscures her eyes, while the other presents a helmeted variant.

By utilizing this kit, you can bring to life the revered presence of an Imagifier, bearing the emblem of a martyr and empowering the Sisters of Battle with unwavering faith and unwavering resolve.

How to paint the Imagifier set

  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Workspace
Set up a clean and well-lit area to work on your miniature. Gather all the necessary tools and paints, making sure they are easily accessible.
  2. Step 2: Prime the Miniature
Apply a thin and even coat of Chaos Black spray primer to the Imagifier. This will create a solid base for the paint to adhere to.
  3. Step 3: Base Colors
Start by applying the base colors to the miniature. Use Retributor Armour for the armor, Abaddon Black for the robes, and Cadian Fleshtone for the skin. Apply thin layers of paint, allowing each layer to dry before moving on to the next.
  4. Step 4: Details and Highlights
Add details to the Imagifier using different colors. Use Ironbreaker for metallic parts, Mephiston Red for any cloth or accents, and Ushabti Bone for any parchments or scrolls. Apply Caliban Green for the stanchion and carefully paint the image of the fallen saint with White Scar.
  5. Step 5: Washes
Apply washes to add depth and shading to the miniature. Use Agrax Earthshade for the armor, robes, and other appropriate areas. Apply Reikland Fleshshade to the skin, and Nuln Oil to the metallic parts. Apply the washes carefully, allowing them to flow into the recesses to create shadows and definition.
  6. Step 6: Fine Details
Focus on the finer details of the Imagifier. Use Mephiston Red for any gems or lenses, and Averland Sunset for any small details or highlights. Take your time and use a fine brush for precision.
  7. Step 7: Base and Finish
Paint the base of the miniature using Astrogranite Debris for texture. Once the paint is dry, you can add grass, rocks, or other scenic elements to enhance the base. Finally, apply a coat of Munitorum Varnish to protect your paint job and give the miniature a professional finish
