How to paint the Farseer Skyrunner set

1. Step 1: Prime Your Model
   Start by applying a thin, even coat of Chaos Black Spray Primer to your Farseer Skyrunner model. This will provide a smooth base for the paint to adhere to.
2. Step 2: Basecoat the Robes and Skyrunner Bike
   Using a medium-sized brush, apply a basecoat of Mephiston Red to both the Farseer’s robes and the Skyrunner bike. Ensure complete and even coverage on both surfaces.
3. Step 3: Highlight the Robes and Skyrunner Bike
   Using a smaller brush, apply Evil Sunz Scarlet as a highlight to the raised areas of the robes and bike. This will add depth and dimension to the model.
4. Step 4: Paint the Farseer Helmet
   Using a small brush, carefully paint the Farseer’s helmet with White Scar, aiming for a bright and pure white color. Apply multiple thin layers if needed to achieve smooth and even coverage.
5. Step 5: Paint the Face Mask
   Using a fine-tipped brush, paint the face mask of the Farseer with Abaddon Black, leaving space for the eyes. Be precise and avoid getting paint on other areas.
6. Step 6: Paint the Eyes
   Using a small brush, paint the eyes of the Farseer with Baharroth Blue, adding a vibrant blue color to bring them to life. Take care to make the eyes symmetrical and neat.
7. Step 7: Highlight the Face Mask
   Using a small brush, apply a highlight to the edges and raised areas of the face mask with Eshin Grey. This will add definition and make the face mask stand out.
8. Step 8: Add Details
   Using suitable colors, paint the additional details on the Farseer and the Skyrunner bike. For gold accents, use Retributor Armour, and for metallic parts, use Leadbelcher. Be precise and patient when painting small details.
9. Step 9: Apply Washes
   Apply a wash like Nuln Oil to the recessed areas of the model, such as the folds of the robes or the crevices of the Skyrunner bike. This will add depth and shading to the model.
10. Step 10: Fine-tune and Highlight
    Using a small brush, touch up any areas that require refinement or correction. Add additional highlights to bring out the details, such as using Fire Dragon Bright to further highlight the red robes or White Scar to add further highlights to the white helmet. Take your time and pay attention to the smaller details.
11. Step 11: Varnish for Protection
    To protect your painted model, apply a layer of varnish using Stormshield or another suitable varnish product. Choose between matte or gloss varnish based on your preference. This will help preserve the paintwork and provide a protective layer.
