Asmodai 2023 model update
This model just recieved an update!
Exciting news for Warhammer 40,000 fans! The legendary Asmodai model has undergone a fantastic transformation. Previously crafted in resin and perched on a 25mm base, this iconic figure has now been upgraded to a more imposing 40mm base and is constructed from multipart plastic.
This update not only enhances the model’s presence on the battlefield but also offers a more dynamic and detailed assembly experience. We are thrilled to see how this new Asmodai will bring even more intensity and character to your collection! and just in case you want to continue using the old model.. don’t forget to mount it on a 50 mm base, so there are no headaches in your tabletop games 🙂

How to paint Asmodai
- Step 1: Prime Your Miniature
Begin by priming your Asmodai model with Chaos Black or any other primer of your choice. This creates a smooth surface for the paint to adhere to. - Step 2: Basecoat the Model
Apply a basecoat of paint to Asmodai’s armor and robes. For the armor, use a black color like Abaddon Black to achieve the iconic Dark Angels look. For the robes, you can use a green color like Caliban Green or any other preferred shade of green. - Step 3: Highlight the Armor and Robes
Using a lighter shade of black like Eshin Grey, carefully apply highlights to Asmodai’s armor. For the robes, use a brighter green shade like Warpstone Glow to add highlights, focusing on the edges and raised areas for added depth. - Step 4: Paint the Details
Next, paint the other details on the model using suitable colors. For the metallic elements, you can use a metallic color like Leadbelcher or any other silver shade that you prefer.
