Prepare to witness the lightning-fast and lethal might of the Seeker Chariots, as they effortlessly traverse the boundaries of reality to descend upon the foes of Slaanesh. The crews of these chariots eagerly vie to be the first to plunge into battle, their initial anticipation for velocity transforming into a frenzied bloodlust as their thunderous charge mercilessly crashes into the enemy lines.

This multi-part plastic kit grants you the ability to construct an awe-inspiring Seeker Chariot, a pinnacle of Slaaneshi daemonic craftsmanship. These exquisite war machines seamlessly merge delicate metallic craftsmanship with ferocious blades and scything wheels, creating a sight to behold. Accompanied by a pair of sinuous and scaled Steeds of Slaanesh, this chariot is expertly maneuvered by two Daemonettes, each offering multiple head options to personalize their appearance. One Daemonette is perched atop the chariot’s dais, brandishing a pair of wicked hooked whips, while the other takes command from the lower platform, expertly guiding the chariot-beasts.

How to paint the Seeker Chariot of Slaanesh set

  1. Step 1: Prime the Miniature
Start by priming the Seeker Chariot using a black or grey spray primer. This will provide a good base for the paint to adhere to and enhance the dark and sinister appearance of the model.
  2. Step 2: Base Colors
Begin by painting the metallic areas of the chariot, such as the blades and scything wheels, using a metallic silver paint like Runefang Steel. Ensure full coverage and smooth application.
For the skin of the Steeds of Slaanesh, use a pale pink or flesh tone like Fulgrim Pink to create a soft and delicate look.
Use a vibrant and eye-catching color like Daemonette Hide for the Daemonettes skin. Apply this color to areas such as their faces and exposed flesh.
  3. Step 3: Washes
Apply a wash of a dark shade like Nuln Oil over the metallic areas to add depth and shadow to the chariot’s blades and wheels.
Use a wash of a pink or red shade like Carroburg Crimson over the Steeds skin to bring out the details and add a hint of otherworldly vibrancy.
Apply a wash of a purple or violet shade like Druchii Violet to the Daemonettes skin to create depth and enhance their ethereal appearance.
  4. Step 4: Highlights
Using a lighter silver color like Stormhost Silver, carefully highlight the edges and raised surfaces of the metallic areas to add definition and make them pop.
Apply a lighter pink or flesh tone like Kislev Flesh to highlight the raised areas and add dimension to the Steeds skin.
Use a lighter pink or purple shade like Emperor’s Children to highlight the Daemonettes skin, focusing on the prominent features and edges.
  5. Step 5: Details
Paint the various details of the chariot, such as the gemstones, in vibrant colors like Lothern Blue or Screamer Pink to add visual interest and contrast.
Add additional accents using contrasting colors like Yriel Yellow or Lugganath Orange to make certain elements stand out.
Use a dark wash like Agrax Earthshade to define and shade the intricate details of the chariot, such as the engravings and embellishments.
  6. Step 6: Basing (Optional)
If desired, complete the basing of the Seeker Chariot using materials like textured paints, sand, or tufts of grass. Consider using colors that complement the overall theme, such as a dark or desaturated tone.
  7. Step 7: Varnish (Optional)
To protect your masterpiece, consider applying a clear varnish over the painted surfaces. This will help prevent chipping and ensure the longevity of your paintwork.
