The Steeds that carry the Seekers are an unsettling sight to behold. With their lithe forms, sinewy muscles, and elongated, venomous tongues, they exude an aura of unease and danger. Legend has it that a single touch from a Steed’s tongue can induce a mortally pleasurable trance, ensnaring its victim in a euphoric and deadly embrace. Beware their seductive caress.
The Daemonettes themselves are no less formidable. Possessing an innate grace and lethal elegance, they are armed with razor-sharp claws that gleam with malevolence. With every slash and slice, they unleash a flurry of devastating attacks upon their foes, leaving behind a trail of anguish and despair.

How to paint the Seekers of Slaanesh set
- Step 1: Base Coating
Using a medium-sized brush, apply a base coat of vibrant pink or purple paint, such as Screamer Pink or Genestealer Purple, to the bodies of the Seekers. Ensure smooth coverage and don’t worry about being too precise at this stage. - Step 2: Skin Highlights
Using a smaller brush, carefully apply a lighter shade of pink or purple, such as Pink Horror or Xereus Purple, to highlight the raised areas of the Seekers skin. Focus on the edges and prominent features to add depth and dimension. - Step 3: Claw and Horn Details
With a fine brush, paint the claws and horns of the Seekers using a bone-like color, such as Ushabti Bone. Take your time to ensure clean and precise lines. - Step 4: Eye Details
Using a fine brush, paint the eyes of the Seekers with a contrasting color, like bright yellow or blue. Opt for colors such as Flash Gitz Yellow or Baharroth Blue to make the eyes pop. Apply small dots within the eye sockets to bring them to life. - Step 5: Metallic Accents
Using a small brush, paint any metallic accents on the Seekers, such as their weapons or adornments, with a metallic paint of your choice, like Leadbelcher or Runelord Brass. This will add a touch of brilliance and contrast to the model. - Step 6: Wash
Apply a wash of Nuln Oil or Drakenhof Nightshade (depending on your chosen color scheme) to the entire model. This will bring out the details and create shadows, enhancing the overall appearance of the Seekers. - Step 7: Basing
To complete the painting process, work on the base. Apply texture paint or a mixture of PVA glue and sand to create a textured ground. Once dry, paint the base with a dark color, like Abaddon Black or Rhinox Hide. Drybrush or apply washes to add depth and realism to the base.
