This versatile box offers everything you need to construct either a Voidweaver or a Starweaver. Both variants share the same chassis, with the final outcome determined by your choice of crew and weapon mounts.
The Voidweaver stands as a mobile gun platform, equipped with two shuriken cannons. One is mounted beneath the front of the vehicle, while the other is rear-facing and situated atop the platform. Additionally, you can opt for a pintle-mounted haywire cannon or a prismatic cannon, with the option to add three banks of mirage launchers. The separate gunner model provides flexibility, allowing him to be attached to either the top shuriken cannon or pintle-mounted weapons.
On the other hand, the Starweaver boasts two shuriken cannons and three banks of mirage launchers. It comes with a rappelling line that can be attached to the back of the vehicle, adding to its dynamic appearance. With two crew members positioned at the rear, you can arm them with star bolas, swords, or zephyrglaives. Additionally, there are two arms to hold onto the vehicle itself, adding to the intricate details of this extraordinary model.
Regardless of which variant you choose, both bikes offer a unique customization option with nine pairs of masks that can be added to the sides of the vehicle. There are five heads, providing space for ten individually designed masks for both pilots and crew, alongside two fully masked heads. Moreover, two clear canopies are included, offering the choice to completely enclose the cockpit or cover only the lower section.

How to paint the Voidweaver set
- Step 1: Base Coat – Black
Start by giving your Voidweaver a sleek black base coat. Apply Abaddon Black paint evenly to all surfaces to achieve a dark and imposing look. - Step 2: Teal Chess Board Patterns
Get creative and add some flair to your Voidweaver with teal chessboard patterns. Utilize a fine brush to carefully paint teal squares in a chessboard style on specific areas of the vehicle. Consider creating the pattern on the sides of the vehicle or along its wings. Aim for uniform square sizes and equal spacing between them. You can use Terradon Turquoise for this. - Step 3: Gold Details
For a touch of opulence, select some intricate details to paint in gold. These could be small accents like trims, symbols, or decorative elements. Applying Retributor Armour or Liberator Gold paint to these areas will create a striking contrast with the black base, adding elegance to your miniature. - Step 4: Highlight the Teal Squares
Bring out the beauty of the teal chessboard pattern by gently highlighting the edges of each square with a slightly lighter shade of teal. Use Sotek Green or Baharroth Blue to add depth and dimension to the pattern, making it more eye-catching. - Step 5: Silver Metallics
Add a touch of realism to your Voidweaver by highlighting any metallic parts with Runefang Steel or Ironbreaker paint. Focus on areas like weapon barrels or engine components to make them stand out. - Step 6: Add Additional Colors
Feel free to incorporate more colors to enhance your Voidweaver’s appearance. For instance, you can introduce Evil Sunz Scarlet or Wild Rider Red to represent glowing energy sources or add Genestealer Purple for purple highlights to create a more dramatic effect. - Step 7: Define Details
Bring life to your miniature by meticulously painting its small details. Focus on the cockpit, crew, and weapons, using different colors like Leadbelcher or Balthasar Gold to make these elements pop and add character to your Voidweaver. - Step 8: Shade the Model
To give your Voidweaver depth and definition, apply a shade like Nuln Oil or Drakenhof Nightshade to recessed areas and along edges. This shading technique will add a realistic touch to the model. - Step 9: Optional Weathering
For a more advanced approach, consider weathering your Voidweaver. Utilize dry brushing or sponge techniques with a lighter color to simulate wear and tear on the model, giving it a battle-hardened look. - Step 10: Varnish and Display
Protect your hard work and make your Voidweaver shine by applying a coat of varnish. Opt for a gloss varnish like Ardcoat for a visually striking appearance.
